You have 7 days from the date of item receipt to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with labels intact and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Problems:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue promptly and take necessary actions to rectify it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including unpackaged items (e.g., tarot cards and journals), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., crystal scraping boards and massage bars). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For questions about specific items, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for special offers or gift cards.
Exchanges:
For a quick exchange, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item to ensure you get what you want promptly.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If the returned item is damaged or lost in transit, the buyer is responsible for the loss.
