COVID-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all carriers associated with Quantum Crystal Shop are implementing precautionary measures to prioritize the health and well-being of drivers and customers. Rest assured that carriers follow government advice and guidelines. While there’s currently no impact on our delivery services, we encourage customers to use their home address for delivery. Carriers are adopting contact-free delivery, eliminating the need for signatures. Carrier guidelines and measures can be reviewed on their respective websites, with dispatch confirmation emails providing delivery information.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified again when your order is shipped.

Order Status
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@quantumcrystalshop.com with your name and order number for assistance.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. Customers should check carrier policies regarding P.O. Box deliveries.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition. The full order amount, minus return shipping costs, will be refunded. In case of damaged items upon delivery, email us at support@quantumcrystalshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations case-by-case and strive for satisfactory solutions.
